Resources for Pharmacy Professionals and the public regarding COVID-19.

Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living continues to update Manitobans on the latest regarding COVID-19 on their dedicated webpage for healthcare providers and the public. This page includes important information and resources including signage for patients, FAQs, and other communication materials.

We will continue to provide updates to all pharmacy professionals as necessary.

Effective Monday, March 16, the College is implementing a number of temporary precautionary measures aimed at protecting the health and wellbeing of its employees and those who work for and on behalf of the organization out of an abundance of caution. Most of the services provided by the College remain available to registrants and the public. Any additional precautions adopted by the College will be communicated in a timely manner.

Find resources for pharmacy professionals in the “COVID-19” category of the Resource Library.

Your Medications

You do not need to stockpile medications.

Speak to your pharmacist if you are worried about your medication supply. Older adults and those with underlying health conditions may wish to speak with their pharmacist about a prescription refill, so they do not have to go to a pharmacy if they do become sick.

If you are feeling unwell and require medications, call your pharmacy and they will arrange to provide you with the medications you need.
