Enhancing Transparency: CPhM’s New Identification Badges for Inspectors and Investigators
Recently, the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba (CPhM) introduced identification (ID) badges for all inspectors and investigators. This measure enhances transparency, trust, and accountability within the pharmacy community.
ID badges allow pharmacy staff to easily recognize CPhM inspectors and investigators, ensuring that these representatives are authorized to carry out their duties. This visibility promotes accountability among inspectors and investigators, encouraging them to adhere to ethical standards, as their identities and actions are clearly associated with CPhM.
By strengthening trust between pharmacies and CPhM, ID badges ensure a more secure and professional inspection process. This initiative is a positive step toward maintaining the integrity and safety of pharmacies and pharmacy professionals in Manitoba.
