The program is self-directed, allowing you to complete it at a pace that works for you, while meeting the February 1, 2026, deadline. New pharmacy managers must complete the training within one year of their appointment. - Submit Accreditation/Completion:
Upon completion, you will be directed to an accreditation survey that will generate your Statement of Completion. There is no need to email your Statement of Completion to CPhM. Instead, please log into your Registrant Portal, add this activity to your ‘My Learning Plan’ form, and upload your Statement of Completion to ensure proper documentation and compliance with the program requirements.
