The College of Pharmacists of Manitoba (CPhM) receives a large volume of inquiries through different platforms (phone, voicemail, fax or email). CPhM’s preferred method of communication is by email. All inquiries will be handled in the order received. If your concern is urgent, please indicate it on your communication so we can attend to it immediately.

Email is the preferred method of communication, as it helps ensure your message reaches the right team member efficiently. 

Please avoid sending the same inquiry to multiple staff, as this can delay response times. If your concern is urgent, indicate this in your message.

CPhM has transitioned to a new phone system featuring an automated attendant. This system helps direct your call to the appropriate department. However, we strongly encourage email communication for faster and more efficient responses.
